Ingredients: Specially selected, essential, organic, with high nutritional values (100% italian flours, italian extra virgin olive oil and unrefined sea salt). Our mixture of flours contains at least 4 types of soft and durum wheat, chosen from ancient varieties, according to the characteristics of the harvest season and the availability on the market.
